People and companies: Urban Village Group appoints development director

Graham Haydon-White (pictured, left) has joined Urban Village Group as development director to manage the rollout of the company’s BTR projects across the UK.

Hayfield has recruited Rosie Dakeyne (pictured, centre) as senior land manager to oversee prime development opportunities along the M40 corridor in Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

Knight Frank’s London office leasing team has named Michael Voller (pictured, right) as a partner. He will focus on advising landlords in the market. Voller rejoins the firm from Spring4.

Leaders Romans Group has hired Llinos Lewis as its new homes and shared ownership sales manager for the Midlands region. She joins from Argent Homes.

Avison Young has hired Stephen Rosevear as director, Patrick Ransom as associate director, Louisa Guyon as associate, and Victoria Smyth as a consultant, all of whom formerly worked at Hatch Consulting.

AEW has appointed Tim Sankey to lead its European separate account mandates for international clients in the London office. He was formerly with Border to Coast Pensions Partnership.

Hines Spain has appointed Lorenzo Peñalver as investment director. He joins from Aberdeen Asset Management.

Knight Frank has expanded its ESG consultancy team with the appointment of Jonathan Hale as a partner. Hale will advise on the development of new services focused on net zero carbon pathways, the decarbonisation of assets and social value as well as ESG due diligence.

Norton Rose Fulbright has promoted real estate lawyer Louisa Roe to partner in its London office.

Godwin Developments has appointed Emma Webster as associate director of partnerships to lead its expansion plans for affordable housing. She was previously land manager at Bromford Housing Group.

Harworth Group has appointed Haroon Akram as director of strategy, investment and business development, and Dan Needham as development director.

Lucy Weaver has joined modular housing firm TopHat as its HR director.

Gent Visick has hired surveyor Will Woodhall to work across its agency, investment and lease advisory divisions.

AG Project and Building Consultancy has appointed Dan Ashurst as associate director and Richard Chandler as senior chartered building surveyor. Tom Rigby, Michael Mirdad and James Cowan have joined as assistant building surveyors. Daniel Metcalf has been promoted to director and Dan Whelan and Guy Crouch to senior chartered building surveyor, while Sarah Walker has been promoted to business development and marketing director.

Neil Hobbs has been promoted to managing partner at Patrick Parsons, replacing Gail Bamforth, who has become a non-executive director and adviser.

Edward Callaghan has been appointed chief financial officer of Navana Property Group as well as Navana Holdings.

Irwin Mitchell has boosted its construction team with the hiring of Jonathan More as a partner in its London office.

Graham Cutts has been promoted to partner of real estate at Hogan Lovells.

JLL has appointed Alex Dickinson, formerly of Avison Young, as a director for its Manchester ratings team.

Savills’ central London leasing team has hired Catherine Owen as a director responsible for both existing and future disposal instructions for offices. She joins from Appley.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has appointed Christi Karandikar as executive managing director based in Paris.

Andrew Milne has joined Muse Developments as a senior development surveyor to expand the company’s development portfolio across Yorkshire.

Kirkby Diamond has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Paul Hazell as a partner to lead the Milton Keynes team alongside executive partner Mark Pepper.

Alex Dickinson has joined JLL as a senior director in the Manchester ratings team, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in commercial, local authority, and educational properties.

Scarborough Group International has appointed Rachel Vickers as senior commercial manager to lead its major investment and development projects.

Hayfield has appointed Wesley Keane as area commercial director based in Milton Keynes.
