Cushman & Wakefield hires CBRE London offices specialist

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Marianne Thomas as an international partner in its London office leasing team.

Thomas will join later this year from CBRE, where she worked for seven years and is currently a senior director in its London agency team.

A specialist in the London and South East office markets, Thomas primarily advises landlords, developers and investors on the development and disposal of schemes.

She has worked with L&G, Hermes, Columbia Threadneedle, British Land and the Crown Estate, while recent schemes include Hub Victoria, SW1, 245 Hammersmith Road, W6, the Porter Building in Slough and Vantage London in Brentford.

She will report to Andy Tyler, head of London office leasing at Cushman & Wakefield. Tyler said Thomas would be “a great fit culturally and brings a wealth of experience advising on a variety of large-scale projects at every stage of development”.
