RO Real Estate has secured a first letting at its Helix Trade Park in Wiltshire.
The park is the first phase of a two-phase industrial scheme on the 160-acre mixed-use Solstice Park. Building materials company Toolstation has taken a 4,036 sq ft space on a 10-year lease at £10 per sq ft.
Phase one of the scheme consists of 11 trade counter units, while phase two will comprise industrial and warehouse units of up to 85,000 sq ft.
David Kershaw, real estate director at RO, described the letting as “an affirmation of our decision to continue investing in the site”.
Letting agents on the deal were Myddelton & Major and JLL. Toolstation was represented by Adept Consultancy.
