Dandara Living has taken 8,342 sq ft of office space in Vertex, a newly refurbished building in Altrincham, south-west of Manchester.
Vertex has recently undergone significant renovation and now provides 29,337 sq ft of grade-A office space, located eight miles from Manchester city centre.
Jonathan Cook, associate director at CBRE, Manchester, said: “This latest letting confirms the increasing demand for good quality accommodation of this calibre in South Manchester.”
