Ringley appoints asset management boss

Ringley Group has appointed Clive Greenwood as head of asset management, a newly created role, to develop the company’s property management teams across the UK.

Greenwood joins from accountancy firm Thomas St John Group where he was an asset manager. Prior to that, he worked at HML Group for five years in various roles including director and head of property management, and spent 13 years at FirstPort.

In his new role, Greenwood will be responsible for asset strategy under non-discretionary mandates and helping Ringley’s heads of property management across Cardiff, Manchester and London to drive value for clients.

Ringley has more than 12,700 properties under management and provides advisory services to Curlew, Patrizia and new entrant Astir.
