GPE has appointed a third corporate broker, adding Numis Securities to its line-up.
The firm will work alongside Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan Cazenove.
Corporate brokers act as a listed company’s link with its institutional investors and the wider public markets, advising on share issues and other aspects of listed life.
They will often then be in a position to win mandates on larger transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
