Essex-based Branch Associates, a new contributor to EG’s On-Demand Rankings, added its first deal last week – a 15,700 sq ft industrial letting in Grays – and promptly moved into fourth place in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in the county.
The transaction, at Unit 16, Cliffside Industrial Estate, Askew Farm Lane (pictured), saw an undisclosed tenant take the space at £5.41 per sq ft, equating to £85,000 per annum.
Fenn Wright leads the way in Essex by some margin, having acted on 149,598 sq ft of deals so far this year. In second place is Carter Jonas, which has transacted 24,477 sq ft, with Kemsley in third spot on 19,624 sq ft. The top five is completed by Whybrow Chartered Surveyors on 6,547 sq ft.
