Flexible office operator Workspace Group has hired one of insurance group Aviva’s top real estate executives as its new head of portfolio management.
Leo Shapland will join the FTSE 250 group on 21 March.
Shapland spent almost 10 years at Tishman Speyer, working in the UK and US, before moving to Aviva in 2019. Since then he held roles as head of central London and head of UK office portfolio becoming joint head of real estate asset management in early 2021, taking sole control in September.
