Allianz has launched a review of its UK property portfolio as it looks to deliver new ways of working following the coronavirus pandemic.
The move is part of the insurer’s strategy which aims to deliver an enhanced workplace experience for its people through the use of technology and innovation.
Colliers was named as Allianz’s preferred UK real estate partner to support the company in its review.
Yalpesh Pajwani, head of property and workspace services at Allianz, said: “Following the Covid-19 pandemic, we are rethinking how we utilise our property portfolio, and we wish to closely align our property asset strategy to our post-pandemic business strategy.”
