DeTrafford has put up for sale a resi development opportunity in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester.
The 1.2-acre Wavelength site comes with a planning permission, granted in December 2019, for 421 homes, 4,392 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space, along with associated access, landscaping works and parking spaces.
James Strong, senior surveyor of residential development at Colliers, which is marketing the site, said: “Salford City Council has recently launched its new blueprint, entitled Salford Quays: A New Vision in 2030, which details five guiding principles set around ensuring the area evolves even more over the coming years as a place that works for everyone, that puts people at its heart, that is dedicated to wellbeing and where creativity brings people together.”
