Space Solutions has hired Tracey Bell as senior facilities manager.
Bell (pictured, centre, alongside contract management and logistics specialist Miguel Montenegro and director of facilities management Stuart Craig) will support client operations, from procurement and contract management to service delivery, performance monitoring and strategic reviews.
This appointment expands the facilities management team at Space Solutions to more than 30 colleagues.
Bell joins the workplace design and management consultancy with a track record in delivering facilities and property management services across both public and private sectors. Her former roles include head of estates and facilities at Mental Health Concern Insight, national account manager for the North of England at Salisbury Group, and estates and property manager for TEP.
Bell said: “I’m looking forward to sharing my passion with everyone in facilities management, using my knowledge and skills to set the standard, grow sustainably and extend our range of services.”
