Property consultancy TFT has opened a new office in Leeds which will be headed by a new joiner. The firm has also named Southampton as its new base.
Robin Holme (pictured) will lead the office in Leeds. He moves to TFT from CPC Project Services, where he headed up the firm’s building surveying division. Holme also previously led Watts Group’s Leeds office.
The Southampton office will be headed by David Bassett, who has been with TFT for two years after moving from JLL. In his new role, Bassett will leading the team covering the south coast region including Southampton, Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Brighton.
Alistair Allison, TFT managing partner, said: “These moves also enable us to tap into the pool of university talent and associated labour markets in these two locations.
“Post-Brexit and Covid, we predict there will be a desire for more non-core office locations among talent as well as clients, with both Leeds and Southampton in an ideal position to attract inward movers.”
TFT already has offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Guildford, London and Manchester. It said the moves reflect the firm’s confidence in regional markets and round off a productive year, which saw it grow by 10%.
