MDA Consulting has promoted Lee Gurney to director in its Manchester office, Lettice Swan (pictured, centre) to associate director, and Enzo Carini and Ursula Nowak to associates in its London office.

Stuart Rogers (pictured, right) has joined Muse Developments as projects director to lead the delivery of developments across the North West. He joins from Faithful + Gould and has worked on regeneration schemes including ID Manchester, Salford Crescent and Airport City.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Will Foster as a senior director in its national markets office agency team. He joins from Knight Frank, where he worked for 20 years and was a partner.
Bis Henderson Group has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Barrie Javens as business development director.
Newmark Group has acquired real estate advisory firm BH2. Led by Tony Gibbon, the firm will operate as Newmark BH2. Gibbon joins with partners Dan Roberts, Sam Boreham and Rupert Williams.
Winckworth Sherwood has promoted Shree Hindocha and Elizabeth Pipe to partners in its real estate team.
Summerfield has appointed James Holyday as managing director of developments and Ed Khodabandehloo as managing director of homes. Mark Blackwell has assumed the position of financial and strategic director, and Karen Chapman, a partner at Druces, has been appointed as a non-executive director.
Scanlans has promoted Michael Willans to associate and Bethan Fletcher to property manager at its Leeds office. Alex Homer has joined as a senior property manager.
HLM Architects has promoted Claire Wakelin to head of education, Anna Kiho to head of living and communities, John Richards to head of masterplanning and urban design, and Anne Daw to head of MMC delivery. Melanie Jacobsen Cox has joined as head of healthcare.
Alan Somerville has joined Tritax Group as director of ESG. He previously ran ESG consultancy Governex Group, where he led strategies on zero carbon, climate change mitigation, green financing and ESG disclosure.
New Homes Quality Board has appointed Leon Livermore as chief executive and Rob Brighouse as chair. Naomi Connell, Curtis Juman and Paul Price have been appointed as non-executive directors.
Forsters has promoted Jade Capper, Amy France and Anthony Goodmaker to commercial real estate partners.
Savills has bolstered its leisure team with the appointment of Josh Leon and George Collison as director and associate respectively. They both join from Colliers.
Harriet Hix has joined Knight Frank as a senior ESG consultant to support the growth of client advisory services. She joins from AA Projects, where she was an energy and sustainability consultant.
Colliers London has expanded its capital markets team with the appointment of Tim Mantle as director and Christian Capocci as associate director. They will work on acquisitions and disposals for both domestic and international clients in the private and public sectors. In the Manchester office, James Preston has been promoted to director, James Barrett and Alan Wales have been promoted to associate director, and Cameron Reekie has been made senior surveyor.
Phil Marshall has joined Avant Homes East Midlands as construction director.
SHW has appointed Tarniah Thompson as head of facilities management and sustainability, responsible for delivering ESG and key FM initiatives across the division and the wider business.
Kingwood Homes has promoted Lesley Myers to sales director and James Brown to architectural director. The firm aims to build 250 homes a year by 2024-25.
Jon Munce has been appointed development director at Milligan, where he will oversee mixed-use developments in the UK. Munce was previously a director at Queensberry Real Estate.
Deutsche Bank has appointed Sebastiaan van Loon as managing director and head of EMEA real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure in investment banking coverage. He joins from UBS.
Savills has appointed David Jackson as head of its sustainability arm, Savills Earth. The energy and sustainability advisory service will advise clients on their eco‑goals.
Space Solutions has hired Tracey Bell as senior facilities manager. She will support client operations, from procurement and contract management to service delivery, performance monitoring and strategic reviews.
