Savills Earth has added to its specialist energy and sustainability team with the appointment of Marylis Ramos (pictured right) as a director. She joins from architectural firm PRP, where she led the sustainability team.
Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Thaddaeus Jackson-Browne to the new role of regional land director for London. Mathew Benton has joined as head of building consultancy for the North West.
Heaton & Partners has expanded its team with the appointment of Patrick Bishop as an associate. He previously worked for Knight Frank.
Howard de Walden Estate has added to its executive committee with the addition of directors David McArthur as head of investment, Andrea Merrington as head of town planning and engagement, and Craig Clements as director of operations.
Property consultancy TFT has opened a new office in Leeds under the leadership of Robin Holme. Holme joins from CPC Project Services, where he led the building surveying group.
JLL has appointed Peter Jones to lead its engineering and facilities services business in London.
Stantec has promoted Nina Sharp to planning director and Romy Panesar to architectural director at its Reading office. Gary Stevens has been promoted to planning director in London, Alex Trott to urban design director in Bristol, and Lorraine King to heritage planning director in Cambridge.
Milligan has appointed Jon Munce as development director to oversee the delivery of mixed-use projects in the UK.
BNP Paribas Real Estate UK and Strutt & Parker have hired Alexander Millett as head of the private client department in London, which advises high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients on super-prime real estate.
Mike Sutton has been appointed director of building surveying at GJS Dillon.
Linklaters’ global real estate practice has promoted Siobhán Burton and Matthew Plaskow in London and Madrid-based Gabriel Cabello to partners.
Sheppard Robson has appointed Colin Hockley as a partner. Hockley is an architect with 30 years’ experience working on healthcare projects in the UK and abroad. He previously held roles at Nightingale Associates and Hassell.
Construction technology firm Modulous has appointed finance director Jason Bennett-Meere as its UK managing director as it prepares to close its Series A funding round.
Mishcon de Reya has expanded its residential property capabilities with the appointment of Dee Aylward as a partner in its London office. She joins from Laytons.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Andrew Fyfe as associate director in its healthcare and senior living team. He joins from Sovereign Property Partnership. Andrea Williams Wedberg joins as sales director in the London office agency team.
Lichfields has appointed Pauline Roberts as senior director in its London office.
Lynn Smith has been promoted to managing director of Europa Capital and will also hold the title of head of sustainability and development.
The commercial real estate team at Forsters has promoted Anna Mullins to partner in its property litigation team.
