Impact Healthcare has added three Glasgow care homes to its portfolio for £8.1m.
The deal, with existing tenant Silverline, will hand Impact an initial annual rent of £627,750, reflecting a gross initial yield of 7.75%.
The three care homes, totalling 155 beds, take the REIT’s portfolio to 131 homes and 7,129 beds.
Silverline will take the homes on fixed 25-year leases with no break clauses.
