Haulage firm Kuehne + Nagel has prelet 13,120 sq ft of offices at Circle Property’s K3 Kents Hill Business Park in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
The building is currently being refurbished to add solar PV panels and 20 electric vehicle charging points, and improve EPC ratings. The scheme is scheduled for completion in summer 2022.
Circle would not disclose further details on lease terms or rents agreed.
