Knight Frank has expanded its UK hotels team with the appointment of Ryan Lynn.
Lynn joins as a partner in the hotel agency team, having 15 years’ brokerage experience. This includes nine years in Christie & Co’s corporate hotel team covering the UK markets, specifically the North of England & Scotland. He was more recently a business development lender at a finance company in Yorkshire. Lynn will be based out of Knight Frank’s Manchester office.
The move reflects the company’s ambition to grow a more robust presence in the hotel sector in the North. It follows the appointments of Harry Hawksby as partner and William Rankine as associate, expanding the hotel valuation service line.
