Boultbee Brooks has secured three new tenants at Hyphen, a new grade-A office scheme in Manchester city centre.
Hyphen, located on Mosley Street, was recently refurbished to offer space from starter studios to large workplaces, complemented by a coffee shop on the ground floor, lifestyle gym and communal and events spaces.
WEX Europe Services, a provider of fuel cards, has agreed a new 10-year lease for 7,124 sq ft of space on the building’s top floor, while insurer QBE has signed a 10-year lease for 3,381 sq ft on the fifth floor. InTouch Technology has agreed a five-year lease for 4,521 sq ft office on the fourth floor.
Rhys Evans, associate director in the office agency team at JLL, which represented WEX, said: “Following an extensive search of the city centre and out-of-town markets, Hyphen in the city centre was the perfect option for our client’s new office. Hyphen’s workspace, together with the excellent on-site amenities of the building, was a key factor in our client’s decision-making.”
Boultbee Brooks was represented jointly by Savills and OBI.
