Holly Purvis (pictured, left) has joined Savills’ office agency team in London and the South East as a director. Her primary responsibilities will be to advise landlord, tenant and development clients.
Patrick Over (pictured, centre) has been promoted to partner at Green & Partners. He joined the retail agency, investment and lease advisory firm in 2013 and is an integral part of the investment team.

Guy Robinson (pictured, right) has joined Evolve Estates as an asset manager with responsibility for enhancing the value of the firm’s retail assets. He was previously at JLL.
Herbert Smith Freehills has promoted Kathryn Coveney and Sebastian Taylor to partners in the real estate practice in London.
BGL Partners has promoted Chris Corney-Loates to partner in the business rates team. He joined the firm in 2019 from Cushman & Wakefield.
Generation Home has hired Pete Dockar as a commercial director. He will be responsible for commercial development and growing the lending business.
CBRE has expanded its Southampton office with the appointment of Stuart Hill as associate director, Lilli Jackson as a graduate surveyor, and Justyna Stronska as team assistant in the project management department, while Katy Wills has joined the landlord and tenant team as a senior surveyor. CBRE EMEA has appointed Giordano Nicoletti as head of operator selection in its hotels team. He will be responsible for overseeing operators across Europe.
Maria Iacolino has been promoted to finance director at Barberry Group.
Piper Homes has appointed Colin Lewis to the newly created position of non-executive chairman. He was CEO of Avant Homes for seven years.
Davitt Jones Bould has recruited commercial property lawyer Rima Gasperas to its real estate team as a partner.
Clarke Willmott has expanded its commercial property team with the appointment of partners Sarah Mogford in the Bristol office and Neil Powell in the Manchester office.
Matt Neave has joined Gerald Eve’s London building consultancy and lease exit team as a partner. He joins from JLL.
Jack Chandler, former chairman of BlackRock and founder of Majesteka Investments Holdings, has joined the advisory board of proptech company Plentific.
IM Properties has appointed Andrew Swain as group sustainability manager to deliver the company’s sustainability goals.
Paul Nicholson has been appointed senior asset manager by Royal London Asset Management and will oversee the portfolios of retail, warehouse and leisure properties. He was previously an associate director at Savills.
Property Vision has appointed Georgie Bolton and Tom Nicole to its London team, in charge of advising clients on property purchases in the South West and central London respectively.
Harworth Group has promoted Peter Henry to director of sustainability. In the newly created role, he will lead the development and implementation of the Harworth Way ESG programme.
Knights has strengthened its real estate team in the Midlands by appointing partner Bryan Guest. He has experience in both residential and commercial development.
Jamie Jago has been appointed to the board of UK residential property fund manager Hearthstone Investments as a non-executive director.
The Church Commissioners for England has appointed Paul Jaffe as real assets ESG lead, to oversee all ESG-related activities for its investments in property, land and infrastructure. He has previously worked for British Land and LaSalle Investment Management.
The Country House Department has appointed Nick Loweth as regional director. He has 20 years of experience working for Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker.
Jace Tyrrell, chief executive of London’s New West End Company, is leaving the company to take up a position in Australia where he will lead the New Sydney Waterfront Company, Australia’s first business improvement district, commencing in October.
Graham Prothero has been appointed chief executive of MJ Gleeson and will join the board on 1 January 2023. He is currently chief operating officer at Vistry.
JLL has named John Woodger as head of city capital markets, replacing Rob Jackson.
Ghislaine Halpenny has been appointed as the company’s first female executive board director in charge of ESG and corporate affairs. She joined the firm as head of corporate affairs last year.
Daniel Bridgland has joined the team at Furley Page as associate solicitor.
