Vita Group has expanded its retail team, with the appointment of Chris Middleton (pictured) as retail asset manager.
Middleton comes from Bruntwood, where he spent the past five years working across retail sites in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.
In Vita’s new role, Middleton will look after the company’s retail and leisure portfolio, including managing existing retailers, bringing in new customers, and advising on retail strategy.
Max Bielby, chief operating officer for Vita, said: “Retail and leisure continues to be a key cornerstone to our operational platform, helping to compliment the destinations we create and support the surrounding community, so having Chris within the business who can take these opportunities to market is really important as we target future growth.”
