Gleeson Homes has hired Jennifer Tupman as regional managing director to oversee its operations in its Tyne and Wear region in the North East of England.
Tupman joins from Avant Homes, where she served as managing director and was responsible for the growth pipeline.
In her new role, Tupman will work alongside Gleeson Homes North Eastern division managing director Sarah Marsden, to drive expansion of the current land portfolio and commitment to build quality. She will also focus on investment in people, making a positive impact in the areas Gleeson is building homes and internally with office and onsite staff.
