Lysander Law has signed a three-year lease on 19,333 sq ft office space at 740 Aztec West, Bristol.
The company will occupy the first floor of the building, adjacent to junction 16 of the M5, at £21.5 per sq ft.
Aztec West forms part of the Southwest premier business park, offering access to cafés, restaurants, newsagents, hairdressers, Aztec Hotel & Spa, Starbucks and a Hilton Hotel.
James Preece, director in the national offices team at Colliers Bristol, who handled the letting, said: “The office area has been fitted out to a high standard, offering attractive finishes to all areas such as the reception, meeting rooms and integrated kitchen.
“This is likely to be one of the largest out-of-town lettings this year.”
