Lydia Minto (pictured, left) has been appointed as asset manager at Hearthstone Investments. She has 10 years of experience in residential asset management, and previously worked at Knight Frank, where she was involved with both onshore and offshore portfolios.
Allsop has appointed Lesley Connor (pictured, centre) as chief financial officer and chief of operations. She joins from KPMG, where she was a director overseeing internal transformation programmes and served as chief operating officer of its deal advisory division.

Andy Mercer (pictured, right) has joined Colliers as head of ESG to drive client ESG strategies across the UK and EMEA. He joins from JLL.
Turley has strengthened its planning service offering in Birmingham by appointing Simon Zargar as director, Jessica Herritty as associate director, and Sam Cripps and Holly Okey as assistant planners.
LCP has promoted the following directors in its West Midlands office: Rob Ellis in shopping centres; Barry Flint in tenant liaison; Rakesh Joshi in leasing; Simon Eatough in landlord and tenant; and Jason Goss in estates. Martin Wade, Nick Bryson and David Charlton have been promoted to associate directors and Paul Davies has been made head of property management.
Avant Homes has appointed Alastair Hart as managing director of its Yorkshire region. He was previously sales director at Persimmon.
IBI Group has hired Charles Stokes as studio director from Aecom, and Maja Nesdale has been appointed as principal for its mixed-use and buildings teams.
BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Katrina Love as director of its West End agency team. She joins from Simon Knights.
Sue Asprey Price has been appointed chief executive officer of work dynamics at JLL across EMEA, succeeding Mark Caskey, who is leaving the firm. Based in London, she will be responsible for delivering JLL’s end-to-end integrated corporate occupier solutions in the region.
Ed Rehill has joined Lichfields as associate director based at its offices in Reading. He has worked in both the public and private sectors across the Thames Valley, as well as in local government and consulting.
Crossbay has named Amos Chia as head of acquisitions. He will be charged with driving the acquisition, growth and management of last-mile assets for worldwide institutional investors.
Pinsent Masons has appointed Claire Hughes as head of its global real estate division.
Tom Robson has joined Higgins Group as head of the build-to-rent division. He previously worked at Lincoln Property Group and has a wealth of experience working on mixed-use projects and BTR developments.
Will Rowson has joined Node as senior adviser. He will advise on management and capital-raising strategies as the company seeks build-to-core capital partners and co-living buildings in London, Dublin, Madrid and Barcelona.
Savills has expanded its lease consultancy division with the appointment of Will Holliday as a director, based at the firm’s Birmingham office. He was formerly a senior director at Altus Group.
Rainier Developments has appointed Ken Lever as deputy chairman of the board.
Schroders Capital has hired Matthew Baddeley as a retail investment and asset management specialist in the Manchester real estate team and Charles Twist as a specialist in office asset management in the London real estate team.
Michael Palmer, former chief financial officer at Leaders Romans Group, has been appointed non-executive director of estate agents Charters.
Stephanie Pearson has been promoted to partner at Brasier Freeth. She joined the practice in 2016 and will continue to manage the property management team and increase the firm’s client base.
Montagu Evans has expanded its advisory capability with the appointment of Simon Mole as a partner in the development advisory team. He joins from Carter Jonas, where he led its South of England infrastructure and land assembly team.
Edgars has promoted Paul Slater and Miriam Owen to associate directors, Alex Edge to principal planner, Amy Powell to senior planner, and Sam Biles to planner.
Charles Russell Speechlys has promoted Cara Imbrailo and Mark White to partner in UK real estate and Richard Flenley to partner in UK real estate disputes.
