The latest raft of new tenants is set to occupy a combined 6,000 sq ft of workspace at Ducie House, a former petticoat factory, in Manchester.
Leeds-based Town Centre Securities has signed leases with five new tenants: Leaders in Care, Lane 7, Self Space, KOM and HTE Recruitment.
A refurbishment programme created a new reception entrance, reconfigured suites and flexible office space ranging from 147 sq ft to more than 11,500 sq ft. In addition, the company introduced new facilities including cycle storage, formal meeting rooms and booths, balcony breakout areas and shower facilities.
Chris Collins, associate director at Town Centre Securities, said: “It is fantastic to see such a wide range of new companies joining the business community at Ducie House following the substantial refurbishment programme, which has been integral to attracting a mix of new occupiers.”
