LetterOne, the investment vehicle backed by Russian oligarch Mikhail Fridman, has appointed advisers for a potential sale of Holland & Barrett.
Moelis has been brought in to advise on options for the future of the health foods retailer.
Fridman, who is the subject of Western sanctions linked to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, bought the retailer for £1.8bn in 2017.
