Harrison Street and Eagle Street Partners have established a joint venture to buy and develop a 554-flat build-to-rent scheme in Dublin’s North Docklands.
The East Road project also includes commercial space comprising offices, a café, a day-care facility and shops targeting a nearby workforce of more than 40,000 people. Eagle Space will operate the project through its platform Residential Space.
Paul Bashir, chief executive of Harrison Street’s European business, said the project would cater to “Ireland’s growing population and influx of young professionals” and the company is looking to expand further in the market, offering “favourable supply-demand dynamics for our investors and partners”.
