Savills has released the catalogue for its 14 June live-streamed auction, featuring more than 200 lots across the UK – the largest number since 2018.
The premises offered range from a business park in Rotherham guided at £3,000 to a £5m apartment block in Hampstead.
Robin Howeson, head of auctions at Savills, said, “It’s great to be sharing our largest catalogue in four years. We have seen more than £150m of property sold in our auctions so far in 2022, 25% more than across the same time period last year.
“Our multi-sector catalogue, covering residential, commercial and development opportunities, maximises the cross-selling of each lot and delivers strong interest across the board, and all these sectors have seen strong interest so far in 2022.”
Highlighted lots include:
- Lot 25C, Hursley, Winchester (pictured) – a five-bedroom semi-detached house let on a regulated tenancy guided at £440,000
- Lot 86, Blandford Forum, Dorset – a mid-terrace banking hall comprising ground floor retail space and first floor ancillary space guided at £590,000
