People and companies: Turley strengthens leadership team

She previously worked for Davitt Jones Bould. Turley has appointed Angela Reeve (pictured, right), Peter Lawson and Jeff Richards as senior directors, and added directors Katy Lightbody and Joanna Turner to its leadership team. Kingswood Homes has named Adele Lewis-Ward as its new business development and funding director. She has 30 years’ experience in the private and public property sectors. Delancey has appointed Martin Farinola as head of real estate debt strategies within its investment advisory team. He joins from Brookfield, where he ran the European real estate debt business.  Sequence has promoted Andrew Stone and Angela Hancox to regional land and new homes directors. Glyn Richards has assumed the role of land board of management partner. Hannah Thomas and Nicole Shipperley have been promoted to new homes partners, while Roy Clarke has been promoted to land director.  RED Construction Group has appointed James Bardwell as a business development director in the London market. Over the course of his career, he has worked on projects such as London’s Olympic Village and Phillips auction house in Mayfair.  Colliers has recruited senior directors Aron Samra and Erin McDonald from CBRE, and Flora Young from JLL, to its London retail and F&B team. CBRE Investment Management has appointed Francesco Terra as retail consumer intelligence lead for EMEA. He was formerly competitive intelligence and services manager at Sonae Sierra.  Hargreaves Lansdown has appointed Alan Millward as head of workplace acquisition and engagement to develop, lead and execute its workplace solutions sales and marketing strategy. Oliver Collier has joined Goadsby as an assistant property manager. Mather Jamie has promoted Gary Kirk to director. He joined the firm in 2010 and has been involved in advising housebuilders and developers seeking to develop land for residential use.  Hammerson has hired Sarah Tinsley as director of marketing and placemaking to enhance customer engagement and support its long-term placemaking strategy.  Addleshaw Goddard has hired Simon Pollock as a partner in its investment management group. He specialises in real estate M&A and joint ventures, and previously worked for Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Silke Gruner has been appointed to lead the landscape architectural team at Iceni Projects.  Stephen Miles has joined Schroders Capital as head of strategic capital partnerships for Europe. He will advise clients on real estate investment solutions.  The Scottish Property Federation has named HFD Property Group managing director Stephen Lewis as its new chair. He has more than 25 years’ commercial property experience. Nathalie Bergvall, Kerri Cooke, Etain Fitzpatrick, Angela St Clair-Ford and Mark Wibberley have been appointed as associate directors to the board of John Robertson Architects. Trident has appointed Jamie Clark as senior associate director; Usmaan Mehboob and Cameron McMaster as senior building surveyors; Melissa Osborne as associate director; William FitzPatrick as principal building surveyor; and Muminul Islam and Pritesh Patel as senior building surveyors.  Crest Nicholson has appointed Tim Brickley, Jamie Thompson and Jonathan Earp to its leadership team in the Midlands region.  Steven McGee has been appointed chief operating officer for Ireland at John Sisk & Son, tasked with driving the development of its construction business.
