AspinallVerdi relocates HQ to Leeds

AspinallVerdi has taken a five-year lease on a new head office in Leeds, to accommodate a growing workforce and client base.

The property regeneration consultancy will move to a 1,000 sq ft studio at 46 The Calls (pictured), a redeveloped former grain warehouse providing 35,000 sq ft of workspace. AspinallVerdi was formerly based at Matthew Murray House, Water Lane, for seven years.

The move comes as AspinallVerdi continues to expand, with recently opened offices in Birmingham and Newcastle adding to those in Leeds, Liverpool and London.

Atam Verdi, founder of AspinallVerdi, said: “2022 is proving to be a lucky year for us all as we relocate to our new head office and continue to expand our national network of offices, populated by a team of all the talents offering advice to our clients in the public and private sectors.”
