Trio takes space at Cornerblock

Three new businesses have agreed leases on a total of 16,266 sq ft of office space at Bruntwood Works’ Cornerblock in Birmingham.

Tech firm Kainos is among the new occupiers, taking a workspace designed to support hybrid working. The move into Cornerblock is another step in Kainos’s expansion plan as it looks to double its workforce to 400 by 2025, having hired 200 people since its arrival in 2018.

Another tech firm Sedgwick has moved to Cornerblock, and plans to expand its network within Bruntwood Works portfolio, having taken space in 2018 at The Plaza in Liverpool.

Data solutions business Kroll will also join the local business community.

Matt Wright, head of commercial for Birmingham at Bruntwood Works, said: “We know each business hugely values the flexibility and safety of their workforce and Cornerblock is perfectly designed to ease people back into the office while also helping to inject life into our city centres once again.”
