Homes England picks 21 firms for £100m national framework
Homes England has named 21 suppliers across the UK to deliver its £100m national framework agreement over the next four years.
The new contract replaces the existing property professional services framework to make a wider range of property services available to the public sector. This includes supporting acquisition and disposal activity, estate management services, investment and financial services, property and asset valuation services, lead and project management services and general professional advice and support.
The proposed framework will comprise of two lots: £95m for property professionals and £5m for financial advisory services.
