Patrizia-owned Westcott Venture Park, near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire, has secured four new lettings as part of its investment programme.
Building 4000, a three-unit 27,000 sq ft high-tech new-build, has been let on 10-year lease terms.
Units A and B, totalling 15,750 sq ft of laboratory, office and warehouse space set over two floors, have been let to the Satellite Applications Catapult for a new in-orbit servicing and manufacturing facility, healthy living laboratory and agri living lab.
Unit C, comprising 11,250 sq ft, has been let to Rapid Response Medical Services.
Newly constructed Building 6040, comprising 18,200 sq ft of manufacturing and production space within the Westcott Enterprise Zone, has been signed for on a 15-year lease by international aerospace and defence company Nammo.
These lettings follow the recent prelet of grade-A factory and production space at Building 6000 (pictured) to garden room company Green Retreats on a 10-year lease. This includes a first phase of 65,000 sq ft with planning secured for a second phase of 55,000 sq ft.
Nigel MacKenzie, development manager at Westcott Venture Park, said: “We are proud of what has been achieved at Westcott over the past few years, which has been reflected in the high-calibre occupiers we have attracted and retained on the site.”
The 650-acre Westcott business park is home to more than 80 businesses employing more than 1,000 people and is managed by Lambert Smith Hampton.
