Clearbell UK Strategic Trust has added two new tenants to its Orchard Court industrial park in Nottinghamshire, resulting in its Flintstone portfolio now being fully occupied.
The portfolio, which was purchased back in February, comprises eight properties.
The trust has agreed a lease with Dawson Group on a 12,900 sq ft warehouse, and with AF Switchgear on a 5,000 sq ft facility. The lettings follow asset management work to improve the EPC ratings of the assets, to an A and B, respectively.
Orchard Court is close to the M1, with connections to London and the North of England.
Clearbell was advised by joint agents FHP Property Consultants and Commercial Property Partners.
