Euro Pool System will occupy a 116,791 sq ft warehouse at Verdion’s latest speculative building at iPort, Doncaster.
iP1a is the third of four speculatively developed warehouses completing at iPort in 2022. A lease agreement was signed for 10 years.
John Clements, executive director at Verdion, said: “With discussions underway well before the building was completed, this deal is further evidence of the demand we are experiencing from potential tenants, reinforcing the importance of our wider speculative development programme.”
Gent Visick advised Verdion and Knight Frank acted for Euro Pool System. Gent Visick, CBRE and Colliers are the retained leasing agents for iPort.
