HBD has set out its plans to turn the former Sytner car garage in Birmingham into 420 new homes.
The plans for the project, called Neighbourhood, also feature a double-height winter garden and new public space, hosting year-round events and creating a home to independent cafés and restaurants.
Subject to planning permission being granted, HBD hopes to start work on site in spring 2023.
Simon Raiye, director at HBD, said: “We are looking to create something really special which is full of character and complements the surrounding area with place-making and community at its heart.”
HBD acquired the 2.6-acre site in April 2021. Neighbourhood has been designed by architectural practice BPN Architects, along with Landscape Architecture, which focuses on creating sustainable places.
