London’s Liberty House hits the market

Catella APAM has put its mixed-use redevelopment site Liberty House on the market.

Located next to the £1.3bn mixed-use regeneration project, Olympia London, the 1.4-acre site currently contains two office buildings, comprising nearly 90,000 sq ft over six storeys.

The site has the potential for 250,000 sq ft of office and life sciences space, student and senior living accommodation.

Miles Payne from Cushman & Wakefield’s London offices team, which is acting for Catella APAM, said: “Set among some of the most substantial regeneration projects in London, Liberty House’s location and scale lends itself to a wide range of onsite uses from a company headquarters to a best-in-class life sciences facility. We therefore anticipate interest from across geographies and sectors.”
