Savills brings out the big guns for largest July sale ever

A vacant, Grade II listed sea fort in the Humber Estuary built during World War I and used in World War II will be one of more than 170 lots offered in Savills’ 19 July auction.

The lot, which is being offered with a guide price of just £50,000, is one of the “cheaper” assets in the catalogue, with 16 lots guided above £1m and more than 50 in excess of £500,000.

The mixed-use selection of properties will be the largest collection ever offered by Savills in a July sale.

Other lots include 112 flats across eight apartment blocks in Bracknell, Berkshire, with a guide of £6m and The Old County Hall in Coventry, a pub and student accommodation block, providing £203,316 of rent per annum, which is guided at £2.8m.
