Cambridge resi scheme gets green light

South Cambridgeshire District Council has given the go-ahead for the development of up to 107 new homes on an 11-acre site on Station Road, Longstanton.

Endurance Estates is set to deliver a mix of two-to-five-bedroom houses for private sale make, while 43 homes will be affordable. The scheme will also include open space, community areas and a café.

The project is adjusted to Northstowe, a newly created neighbourhood which is set to deliver 10,000 new homes for the region. The final phase of the larger scheme was approved in March, with construction set to start in 2023.
