Vail Williams has appointed Arabella Macrae (pictured, left) as a surveyor in the Thames Valley agency team and Matt Wakeman as an associate in the valuation team in the Portsmouth and Gatwick offices. They both previously worked for Oakley Property.
Montagu Evans has appointed Scottish lease advisory specialist Peter Balnave (pictured, centre) to its supermarket advisory team, making it the only UK consultancy offering specialist supermarket lease advisory expertise across the whole of the UK.

Legal services firm Ince has appointed Tim Foley as head of property, David Sutherland as a partner, and Sanna Mir (pictured, right) as managing associate to its London property team.
Tanya Hasking has been appointed as head of lettings at John D Wood & Co.
Davitt Jones Bould has appointed construction lawyer Stuart Nash as a partner. He specialises in property development and dispute resolution in the construction industry.
AXA IM Alts has promoted Louis Leveillé Nizerolle to head of transactions France in its real assets platform. He joined the firm in 2012.
Evan Griffin has joined Pluto Finance as the company’s first regional lending director. He joins from Hampshire Trust Bank.
Mark Terry has been appointed chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Westwind Capital, a new European private equity real estate investment platform targeting the life sciences and innovation and living sectors.
Sam Knight has joined Irwin Mitchell’s property division in Chichester as a partner.
Kim Howey has been appointed as NSM’s property manager for the North West, where she will manage a range of logistics, SME and office assets across the M62 corridor and in the Midlands.
Addington Capital has expanded its team with the appointment of Edgar Simmons as an associate partner and investment real estate analyst with a focus on office and retail acquisitions and Jonathan Thorp as an asset manager for office, retail and residential assets.
Bankfoot APAM has hired Adam Fairless as development director. He joins from CBRE.
HLM Architects has promoted Andy Illingworth to head of interior architecture, where he will lead the practice’s interiors department. He joined the firm in 2002 and has worked on a variety of healthcare, education, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Krijn Taconis has been appointed as head of transactions for CBRE Investment Management in the Netherlands, working closely with CBRE’s wider EMEA teams.
Commercial lawyers Susan Honeyands and Rolla Rostam have joined Ward Hadaway in Manchester as a partner and a director, respectively.
Chestertons has appointed Mark Goodeve-Docker as its new head of residential developments.
Nash Bond has hired Antonia Johns as an associate director in the retail agency team. She joins from JLL.
CBRE has appointed Kevin Wood as a senior director in its Oxford office. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton where he led the national life sciences team.
Knight Frank’s project and building consultancy team has been expanded with the addition of Callum Shooter as an associate director and Omar Blake as a senior mechanical engineer. Jack Bishop, Paul Donnelly, Xamar Viana, Edward Bascombe and Tom Tombs have joined the firm through its graduate programme.
Will Farrer has been appointed as a director within Lambert Smith Hampton’s Thames Valley and South East offices team to support wider business development activity. Formerly a partner at Cushman & Wakefield, he joins from QinetiQ.
Incendium, the real estate consulting arm of The Instant Group, has appointed Mike Bascombe as principal consultant and Winston Gregorio as associate director to drive the consultancy’s sustainability focused projects.
Piers Leigh has joined Curchod & Co as a partner from Avison Young, where he led the South East office investment team.
Quadrant’s James Honeyman and Costa Coffee property and store development’s James Hamilton have been elected as co-chairs of Accessible Retail, which represents the UK’s retail warehouse and retail park sector.
