Oakhill Group will go ahead with its plans for new office space and homes on a five-acre brownfield site at Wootton Business Park in Oxfordshire.
The Vale of White Horse District Council has approved the proposals to deliver 58 new homes ranging from one to five bedrooms, with 21 of them being affordable.
The scheme will also see the development of 10,872 sq ft of flexible office space to suit a wide range of potential occupiers and address the emerging demand in the area. It is anticipated that this space will be primarily occupied by science and technology companies.
The scheme will be located north-east of Besselsleigh Road, which has permission for the delivery of a further 64 homes.
