Green light for final phase at Knowle Park

Waverley Borough Council has granted approval for the phase three at Knowle Park, Cranleigh, Surrey.

As part of the final stage of the project, A2Dominion and Nicholas King Homes will build the remaining 110 new homes, ranging from one-bedroom flats up to four-bedroom houses.

The scheme is set to deliver a 30% affordable housing provision, 10% of which will be “first homes”.

With phase one of the project nearing completion and phase two recently starting, the wider Knowle Park masterplan will deliver 301 new homes and a country park.

Ian Fenn, partner at JTP who advised on planning, said: “This is a very special project that embraces its natural context to deliver new homes that invite and welcome the outdoors, inside.”
