Kennedy Wilson has acquired Horndon industrial and logistics park in Essex for £93m.
The 956,996 sq ft development, comprising industrial, open storage and office space, was previously owned by Federated Hermes.
The park is located off the A127 and near the M25, with Kennedy Wilson aiming to capitalise on the continued rental growth across these markets. The company also plans to roll out a programme of refurbishment and redevelopment for the site.
