Flexible workspace operator Orega has signed a 10-year management agreement at 1 Balloon Street, Manchester.
The company is looking to offer 26,000 sq ft of flex offices later this August, following completion of the site’s refurbishment. The workspaces will range from a capacity of five people to more than 100, and are spread over three floors of the building. The company is also set to provide collaboration, meeting and event spaces.
1 Balloon Street is the fourth flexible workspace that Orega has launched in Manchester, and its 18th across the UK. CBRE acted jointly with OBI to secure the deal.
Ben Hutchen, real estate director at Orega, said: “At Orega, we offer our landlord partners and occupiers a solution that monetises their space with a high-end office product and building amenity – while allowing them to retain control of their asset and brand.”
CBRE advised Orega on the deal.
