Circle Property has sold a business park in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, to Corum for £17.23m.
The sale is the latest in its disposal strategy, which has already seen Circle sell £62m of assets this year. The firm has around £52m of assets remaining.
The deal, which covers 80,000 sq ft of the Kents Hill Business Park, represents a 10.1% increase on the March valuation of £15.65m.
Circle paid £11m for Kents Hill in December 2013.
It is pursuing a disposal strategy that has also seen it exchange contracts on the sale of an office on Temple Street, Birmingham, to AS Leisure Properties, for £4.7m, and one on London Road, Staines, to MAP Commercial Properties for £3.5m.
The company has now repaid the amount outstanding under its debt facility in full and is debt-free with £16.5m in the bank.
