BGO Wheel Propco has revealed plans for a potential redevelopment of a 10.6-acre brownfield plot at Glasshoughton, West Yorkshire.
The pre-planning proposals, lodged with Wakefield Council, seek to deliver 215,278 sq ft of storage and distribution space across two buildings. There will be 189 car parking spaces and 22 HGV spaces.
The development is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
If approved, construction is expected to start in Q1 next year and complete by Q1 2024.
