Catering equipment retailer Nisbets has signed a lease for a 290,340 sq ft distribution warehouse in Chepstow, Wales.
Delta 290 was recently refurbished and sits on the 20-acre site which forms a part of Newhouse Farm Industrial Estate, operated by Howard Tenens Property.
The transaction is the biggest logistics letting deal in Wales in recent years and adds to what is set to be one of the best years on record for logistics take-up in the country.
According to Savills data, more than 1m sq ft of industrial space was transacted in the region in the first half of 2022.
Savills acted on behalf of Howard Tenens, while Cushman & Wakefield and Russell Property Consultants represented Nisbets.
