Mixed-use developer Socius has expanded its team with the appointment of Mike Dodd as project director.
Dodd has over 10 years’ development experience, he was previously at Quintain where he was a senior development manager and played a key role in the delivery of over 1,000 homes across Wembley Park, the 85-acre regeneration scheme in northwest London.
Before Quintain, Dodd spent two years as development manager at Capital & Counties and spent a further two years at developer Manhattan Loft Corporation.
At Socius, Dodd will oversee the delivery of Soapworks, the £215m mixed-use urban district, and St Christopher’s, an ultra-sustainable later living scheme, both located in Bristol.
Barry Jessup, managing director at Socius, said: “Mike has a proven track record in delivering complex urban developments and he will have a key role to play as we bring forward the regeneration of the Soapworks site and aim to set a new standard in sustainable senior living at St Christopher’s, in Bristol.”
