CBRE Investment Management has bought an industrial facility in Crawley for £47.7m from Sixpenny Group and ARCUS-PCD.
The newly developed warehouse totals 81,671 sq ft and is let to Evri. The company has recently signed a 15-year lease on the facility, with rent reviews set for every five years.
DTRE advised the vendors on the deal.
