Savills reveals bumper October catalogue

Savills has listed 170 lots for its next sale, revealing its largest October catalogue in eight years.

The 4 October auction will include 30 development and commercial opportunities.

Jeremy Lamb, Savills auctions director, said: “Of particular note are several high-value development opportunities, including a grade II listed former manor house with substantial grounds in Buckinghamshire guided at £6,000,000, and a residential apartment block with further development potential in London guided at £5,200,000.

On the residential side, there are numerous project houses in desirable south London postcodes including Battersea and Wimbledon, guided from £650,000. These residential areas remain ever-popular with buyers, owing to their excellent transport links and proximity to green space.”

Catalogue highlights include:

  • Lot 28 – Great James Street, London, WC1N 3DF – a Grade II listed townhouse of more than 4,800 sq ft in the heart of Bloomsbury close to the Inns of Court, Holborn and the City.
