Agents appointed on Marylebone Square development

Concord London has appointed Hanover Green Retail and Nash Bond as joint agents for the retail, restaurant and leisure elements at its £106m Marylebone Square development, W1.

Marylebone Square was previously home to Moxon Street Car Park. The mixed-use scheme occupies a 0.75-acre site and includes new flagship restaurants, some with frontage to Moxon Street.

Features will include restaurants, boutiques and a health and fitness club. Around 50,000 sq ft of new Class E accommodation is scheduled for completion in autumn 2023.

The joint agents said they expected “strong interest” from national and international retailers and restaurateurs.

Chris Murray, managing director of Concord London, said the combined expertise of Hanover Green Retail and Nash Bond “puts us in the best possible position to maximise the opportunities this historic and impressive development demands”.
